The University of Wisconsin-Superior Center for Continuing Education/ Extension is a regional leader in the mediation field. We offer quality, diversified, active learning courses and training designed to serve our many different audiences interested in mediation theory and practice.

So...what is Mediation? It's an informal process in which a neutral, trained, third-party helps groups or people who are in conflict to find a "middle ground" in which they may work together to find solutions upon which both parties can agree.  We are emphasizing our Mediation/Conflict Resolution programs because the skills you will acquire are incredibly valuable, not just in professional settings, but in your personal life as well.
