Campus Safety Office - Officer Training Programs

Providing basic in-service training for every officer in the Campus Safety Office is a complex yet crucial task. For training to be effective it must be given on a regular basis and must be consistent with office policy. Current and well-structured training programs are essential to an organization in order to maintain a prominent level of professionalism.

A comprehensive Security Officer Training Course is offered at Bates University - Maine. The Director and several officers have attended so far.
